Im baking a choc raspberry cake now ,that was actually meant for Kelly's birthday.
(Sadly, this cake i baked the day before kelly's birthday turned out hard like "nian gao" cos i was such a loghead and i used plain flour instead of cake flour.HOHO!)
SO, im not gonna waste those expensive strawberries and bake agn today.(ahem, despite my poor pooor condition now.cramps you see. haha)
